Scholarship Information

The Summer High School Institute will offer financial support to all HSI alums who continue their education at the University of Wyoming. Each HSI student who attends UW will receive at least $100. The scholarship is "need-based," so the value varies, depending on circumstances. These scholarships are for the freshman year only.

The University of Wyoming Admissions Office has agreed to waive the application fee ($40) for all HSI students. In order for the student to have this fee waived, the Admission Application Form will need to be sent from the Summer High School Institute Office.

All new students attending the University of Wyoming must show proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) prior to registration. Because all HSI students had to show proof when they attended when they were sophomores, this has been already verified for you.
